
Sarah Mclean
Sarah Mclean is former Director of The Indochina Media Memorial Foundation (IMMF). IMMF, which was based in Bangkok, provided many media trainings and published journalism manuals for journalists across Indochina region. Since IMMF ended its operations in the late 2000s, Sarah has been mentoring Yangon Journalism School. She lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Jane Mcelhone
Jane Madlyn McElhone is a Canadian-British media development specialist, writer, researcher, journalist, trainer and mentor. She is contributing editor of Myanmar Media in Transition: Legacies, Challenges and Change, published in June 2019 by the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS)/Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore (https://bookshop.iseas.edu.sg/publication/2387). Currently Jane is Director of the Media Development Investment Fund’s (MDIF) Myanmar Media Program.

Aung Htun U
Program DirectorAung Htun U worked for Myanmar Radio and Television (MRTV) as a broadcaster for nine years before he became a media trainer. Aung has translated media manuals for Myanmar journalists. As a freelance media professional, Aung used to work with numerous international media organizations. Aung Htun U lives in Yangon.

Kyaw Yin Myint
Kyaw Yin Myint used to be Mandalay Bureau Chief of The Modern Journal, The Kumudra Journal and Dana Business Magazine. Kyaw has published many books and is still writing op-eds and feature stories for different papers. He studied journalism at Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He now lives in Mandalay.

Nyan Lynn
Nyan Lynn is Editor-in-Chief and Co-founder of Mawkun (The Chronicle), the first in-depth and investigative monthly magazine published in Myanmar Language. He also works as a part-time media trainer. He used to write for some foreign media outlets, including Integrated Regional Information Network (IRIN). He has been in journalism field since mid-2006.

Nyein Nyein Naing
Nyein Nyein Naing is the Chief Editor of 7 Day Digital. As an editor, Nyein is mentoring and managing newsroom at 7 Day Digital. Nyein is a fellow of Southeast Asian Press Alliance (SEAPA) and a fellow of East West Center. Nyein Nyein Naing lives in Yangon.
